Safety

Measuring Safety Performance by the number of injuries you have is like measuring parenting by the number of smacks you give.

Dr. Robert Long

We pursue a policy of accident prevention and environmental awareness for all of our employees. To achieve this, participation in our training program is a requirement for continued employment. It is our intention to provide safe and healthy working conditions, to establish and insist upon safe practices by all employees.

  1. Employees are expected to observe safe practice rules and instructions relating to the efficient handling of their work.
  2. Audits are performed to compare written policy and procedure to what is actually happening in the field.
  3. Written procedures, training and safety meetings are used to communicate and instill our commitment to the HSE program.
  4. Potential workplace hazards are identified and communicated to employees.
  5. Training allows employees to learn their jobs properly, bring new ideas to the workplace, and put the HSE program into action.
  6. Safety apparel and appliances for the protection of the employee are furnished as needed.
  7. Our employees are committed to conservation of the environment while executing/performing the jobs.
